Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage various operational tasks remotely, ensuring timely completion.
• Facilitate communication between different departments (e.g., supply chain, sales, marketing) to ensure operational alignment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new operational procedures and best practices.
• Maintain and update operational documentation, databases, and reporting systems.
• Monitor key operational metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
• Support the onboarding process for new retail initiatives or partners.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and collaborate with relevant teams to find effective solutions.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for operational improvements.
• Contribute to cost-saving initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in current processes.
