Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in data/operations analysis, preferably in hospitality or food service.
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets and present findings clearly.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced), SQL, and BI software (Power BI/Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data from catering sites to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings and performance improvement.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for catering operations.
• Prepare reports on operational performance, food costs, labor efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Analyze food & beverage inventory, waste management, and procurement processes.
• Collaborate with operations managers to implement data-driven strategies for efficiency and service quality.
• Assist in budgeting processes and track financial performance against targets.
• Identify and recommend best practices in catering operations management.
• Support the development and implementation of new operational tools and technologies.
• Provide analytical support for new business pitches and expansion initiatives.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders across departments.
