Qualifications

• Proven experience in revenue management, financial analysis, or related analytical role in hospitality.
• Strong understanding of revenue management, forecasting, and pricing strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, data modeling).
• Experience with hotel PMS and revenue management software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Economics, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market data, competitor pricing and demand forecasts to optimize rates and inventory.
• Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and RevPAR.
• Prepare reports and presentations on revenue performance and market insights.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations to align strategies.
• Monitor booking pace and patterns; recommend adjustments to sales strategies.
• Utilize revenue management systems and tools to their full potential.
