Qualifications

• Experience in reservations or front desk within hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Process reservations via phone, email and online channels.
• Provide guests with room types, availability, rates, amenities and local attractions.
• Manage room inventory and rates across booking platforms to optimize occupancy.
• Handle modifications, cancellations and special requests with prompt updates to reservations.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Liaise with front desk and other departments to ensure smooth guest experience from booking to checkout.
• Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and reservation details in the PMS.
