Placements24 is seeking a Specialist Recruitment Consultant focused on the Renewable Energy sector for a fully remote role. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for solar, wind, hydro, and other green energy projects, sourcing and placing engineers, project managers, policy experts and R&D specialists.

You will develop innovative sourcing strategies, build strong client relationships in the clean energy space, and oversee candidate assessments, offers and onboarding while staying

Qualifications

• 4+ years in recruitment with renewable energy focus.
• Sourcing and placement of technical/professional roles in clean energy.

About the Role

Our client, a progressive recruitment consultancy dedicated to supporting the green economy, is seeking a Specialist Recruitment Consultant focused on the Renewable Energy sector. This exciting, fully remote role is ideal for a recruiter passionate about sustainability and skilled in identifying talent for solar, wind, hydro, and other green energy projects. You will partner with leading renewable energy companies to source and secure critical talent, from engineers and project managers to policy experts and R&D specialists. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the renewable energy market, excellent sourcing capabilities, and a proactive, consultative approach. Working entirely from home, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of sustainable energy solutions by connecting companies with the expertise they need. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles within the renewable energy sector, including solar, wind, battery storage, and grid modernization.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract niche talent such as Renewable Energy Engineers, Project Developers, Sustainability Managers, and Policy Analysts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the clean energy space.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, focusing on technical expertise, project experience, and alignment with sustainability goals.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
• Stay informed about global renewable energy trends, technological advancements, and market demands.
• Utilize modern recruitment technology and ATS platforms to manage candidate pipelines and client communications effectively.
• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying potential clients and opportunities in the green tech sector.
• Provide expert advice and market insights to clients regarding talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven focus on the Renewable Energy or related technology sectors.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing specialized technical and professional roles within clean energy.
• Strong understanding of the renewable energy landscape, including key players and technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, particularly in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various online sourcing tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple searches effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote environment.
• A proactive, results-oriented approach with a strong commitment to sustainability.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working remotely is essential.
