Placements24 is seeking a Senior Renewable Energy Engineer to join a pioneering team providing remote, globally impactful solar and wind solutions. You will guide electrical design, feasibility analyses, and system architectures for large-scale projects.

Ideal candidates possess a Master’s in Electrical Engineering with a renewable energy focus, 5+ years’ experience, and strong skills in grid integration, energy storage, and power electronics.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a Renewable Energy focus.
• 5+ years of experience in design and development of solar PV and/or wind projects.
• Strong understanding of power electronics, grid integration, and energy storage systems.
• Proficiency with renewable energy simulation tools (PVSyst, HOMER, SAM).
• Excellent project management and communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive complex projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for large-scale solar and wind farm projects.
• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and techno-economic analyses.
• Develop system architectures, specifications, and performance models.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications remotely.
• Oversee integration of renewable systems with grid infrastructure.
• Stay updated on renewable energy technologies, policies, and trends.
