Blacksmith Agency is seeking Sales Development Representatives to drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

This remote role requires proactive, high-quality outreach and strong Salesforce and SalesLoft discipline. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in SDR/BDR roles, a track record with outbound tools, and excellent written communication.

Qualifikationen

• B2B sales experience preferred and quota-bearing background.
• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role (agency or SaaS) is advantageous.
• Strong written communication with the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Aufgaben

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
