You will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking meetings with qualified clients, using tools like LinkedIn Navigator,SalesLoft,Apollo and Salesforce to ensure high-quality outreach.

This full-time, remote role requires 2 years in SDR/BDR, experience with quotas, and the ability to craft personalized outreach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS is preferred.
• Experience carrying a quota in a B2B sales environment.
• Strong written communication and personalized outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
