Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives to operate across South Africa, focusing on opening doors and building pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

This full-time remote role requires disciplined outreach, sharp messaging, and strong organization to maintain accurate Salesforce and SalesLoft records while collaborating with the wider sales team to hit volume goals.

Qualificações

• B2B sales experience preferred; full-cycle closers welcome.
• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication; ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
