Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. Remote (South Africa) and full-time, with a focus on high-quality outreach from George to the broader region.

You will research accounts, identify decision makers and craft personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone, while booking qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives and maintaining clean Salesforce/SalesLoft records.

Qualificações

• B2B sales experience preferred, with quota carrying.
• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
