• Oversee end-to-end regional payroll operations across assigned countries.
• Maintain knowledge of local payroll procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate new country and client payroll implementations.
• Develop proficiency with the payroll platform and train internal teams.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and sales to improve payroll workflows.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve payroll and integration issues.
