Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, ensuring efficient and effective candidate placement.
• Proactively source candidates using a wide array of digital tools, social media platforms, and networking strategies.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in recruitment, preferably within a consultancy setting.
• Demonstrated success in managing recruitment projects and achieving placement goals.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, essential for remote interaction.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with recruitment technologies, including ATS, CRM, and online sourcing tools.
