Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organised Remote Recruitment Coordinator to support our recruitment team in a fully remote role, coordinating schedules, overseeing candidate communications, and ensuring smooth end-to-end processes. You will be the backbone of the recruitment operation, liaising between candidates, consultants, and hiring managers to keep workflows efficient.

The ideal candidate will manage ATS records, prepare contracts, assist with job postings, and liaise with hiring

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in administration or HR is a plus.
• Proven experience as Recruitment Coordinator, Administrator, or similar role.
• Proficiency with office software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
• Experience with ATS is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding activities for candidates.
• Manage candidate communication, including initial outreach, interview confirmations, and feedback.
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases (ATS).
• Prepare recruitment documentation, such as offer letters and employment contracts.
• Assist with job posting creation and distribution across various platforms.
• Provide administrative support to recruitment consultants and managers.
• Liaise with hiring managers to gather feedback and provide updates on candidate progress.
• Assist in organising virtual recruitment events and career fairs.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires.
