Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Recruitment Operations Manager to lead and optimize our distributed recruitment functions. You will oversee processes across teams, manage ATS systems, and drive policy standardization in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment operations or a related management role, with emphasis on process optimization and technology implementation.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale recruitment operations, preferably in a multi-site or remote environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software suites.
• Strong understanding of HR compliance, employment law, and data privacy regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, comfortable working with dispersed teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and implement process improvements effectively in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the recruitment function across multiple locations and teams.
• Manage and maintain the ATS and recruitment technologies, ensuring data integrity and effective utilization.
• Develop, document, and implement standardized recruitment processes and policies to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and operational data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and areas for improvement; provide regular reports to senior management.
• Lead and mentor the recruitment support and operations teams, fostering a high-performance culture within a remote setting.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in South Africa and other operating regions.
• Manage vendor relationships related to recruitment technology and services.
• Drive initiatives to enhance the candidate experience and internal stakeholder satisfaction through operational improvements.
