Job summary

Placements24, a recruitment consultancy, is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support high-volume campaigns in a fully remote contract role. You will handle scheduling, candidate communications, ATS updates, and recruitment documentation from a distributed setup.

Candidates should be meticulous, with strong organizational and communication skills, and comfortable working independently in a remote capacity across multiple client engagements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a recruitment coordination or administrative role is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers across client organizations.
• Manage candidate communication with timely updates and inquiries.
• Maintain and update the ATS with accurate candidate information and status updates.
• Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms.
• Prepare recruitment-related documentation, such as offer letters and interview guides.
• Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with policies and legislation.
• Assist in organizing recruitment events and career fairs, if required.
• Contribute to a positive candidate experience with professionalism and efficiency.
