Placements24 is seeking an experienced Recruitment Operations Manager to lead remote operational functions across the organization. You will optimize recruitment processes, manage technology, ensure compliance, and drive efficiency in talent acquisition.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in recruitment operations or HR ops with strong ATS knowledge, excellent organizational and analytical skills, and a track record of managing complex workflows in a virtual environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in recruitment operations or HR operations, with a management track record.
• Proven ability to optimize recruitment processes and workflows.
• Strong ATS experience and recruitment technology knowledge.
• Comfortable working in fully remote or distributed teams and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize recruitment operational processes, including onboarding, scheduling, and data management.
• Manage ATS and recruitment technology platforms.
• Develop and enforce recruitment policies and procedures for compliance and best practices.
• Create and analyze recruitment metrics to identify improvements and efficiency gains.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships.
