This fully remote role oversees the complete recruitment lifecycle, delivering top talent to diverse clients and driving strategic initiatives for process and technology enhancement.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in recruitment, with 2+ years in leadership, and a proven track record of managing remote teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven success in building and managing remote recruitment teams.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and talent attraction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for remote teams.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, and digital sourcing tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a geographically dispersed team of remote recruitment consultants.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with client needs and market dynamics.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring quality, efficiency, and candidate experience.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for the recruitment team, driving continuous improvement.
• Implement and optimize recruitment processes and technologies to enhance productivity.
• Foster a positive and collaborative remote work culture, ensuring team cohesion and engagement.
