Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in executive search or retained recruitment.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and engaging senior/executive talent.
• Exceptional research, networking, and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with senior leaders and C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market mapping and candidate research to identify executive talent.
• Develop and execute search strategies for senior-level and C-suite positions.
• Engage with high-caliber candidates through strategic outreach and networking.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate leadership potential and fit.
• Present vetted profiles and insights to clients.
• Manage the executive search process from brief to offer and onboarding.
• Advise clients on executive talent acquisition and market dynamics.
