Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Recruitment Lead to manage a remote, international recruiting team. You will guide a group of Recruitment Specialists, ensuring high standards in assessments, client communication, and hiring outcomes, while also coaching and handling select roles yourself.

You will work directly with founders, oversee pipelines, drive process improvements, and use metrics to close gaps and improve productivity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in full-cycle recruitment in agency or high-growth environments.
• Experience leading or mentoring recruiters is a strong advantage.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills; able to explain evaluation decisions.
• Ability to give direct, constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Excellent client-facing communication and timely updates.
• Experience recruiting across functions (marketing, sales, operations).
• Proven organizational skills to manage multiple pipelines and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment team to ensure quality and performance of hiring activities.
• Review and approve candidate scorecards before client submission.
• Coach recruiters on interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation.
• Attend client interviews and provide actionable feedback.
• Track team performance metrics and manage weekly scoreboards.
• Monitor pipelines, identify delays, and intervene to keep searches progressing.
• Provide weekly written updates to clients on all open positions.
