Job summary

Infinity Staff Global is seeking a proactive 180° Recruitment Delivery Consultant to support UK-based recruitment consultants from a remote role. You will own sourcing, engaging, screening and shortlisting candidates for live vacancies, with no client management duties.

Experience in procurement, supply chain or commercial recruitment is highly desirable. Typical responsibilities include building longlists and shortlists, coordinating interviews, and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–4 years of agency recruitment experience in a resourcing, delivery or 180° recruitment role.
• Recruitment experience in Procurement, Supply Chain or Commercial is desirable.
• Experience in Finance, other mid-to-senior white-collar recruitment or related markets.
• Strong headhunting skills and direct outreach to passive candidates.
• Advanced sourcing via LinkedIn and Boolean techniques.

Responsibilities

• Take vacancy briefs from recruitment consultants and agree a clear sourcing plan for each live role.
• Source candidates using CRM/database, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches and other channels.
• Write and post adverts, manage applications and headhunt passive candidates via phone, email, LinkedIn InMail.
• Screen candidates by phone or video against role requirements.
• Build screened longlists and prepare quality shortlists.
• Coordinate interviews and support candidates through interview stages.
• Maintain candidate engagement and CRM records up to offer and start date.
• Attend daily team meetings and contribute to delivery targets.
