Core duties include sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and boards, headhunting passive talent, writing concise candidate profiles, shortlists, and guiding candidates through interviews to offers. CRM maintenance is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in recruitment, sourcing or resourcing, ideally on a 180 or delivery desk.
• Experience recruiting for UK or international clients is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English, confident talking to senior professionals.
• Able to work independently from a home office with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for live UK and European roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and CRM.
• Head hunt passive candidates, screen by phone and video, and qualify motivation, salary and notice period.
• Create tight shortlists and well-written candidate profiles for the UK team.
• Maintain candidate engagement through interviews to offer stage.
• Keep the CRM clean and up to date.
