Placements24 is seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support the talent acquisition team in Vereeniging. You will handle administrative support, candidate scheduling, ATS data management, and help create a positive candidate experience.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with strong communication skills, and well-organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while working remotely with a Gauteng-based team.

Qualifications

• Experience in admin or coordination roles, preferably in recruitment/HR.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ATS platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
• Post job advertisements on various platforms and manage candidate application flow.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and collect necessary documentation.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS.
• Assist with onboarding processes, including reference checks and background verification.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
