Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking a motivated Recruiter for a fully remote role, collaborating with the HR Manager. The position supports end-to-end recruitment for a growing UK-based company, with emphasis on building a strong candidate pipeline and delivering timely updates to hiring managers.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in recruitment, excellent English communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment, talent acquisition, or similar experience
• Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken
• Confident contacting candidates by phone
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple vacancies
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient with Outlook and Excel
• Self-motivated for remote work
• Reliable equipment and stable internet connection

Responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates using job boards, social media, and other platforms
• Conduct telephone screening to assess suitability
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Schedule interviews and inform candidates of progress
• Present suitable candidates to hiring managers and provide updates
• Prepare offer documentation and assist onboarding
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment systems and trackers
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication
• Meet recruitment targets while upholding high-quality standards
• Assist with other recruitment-related administrative tasks
