Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Real Estate Transaction Coordinator for a fully remote role in South Africa. You will manage the end‑to‑end administrative process of property transactions, ensuring accuracy, timely communication, and compliance across all parties involved.

Ideal candidates excel at multitasking and possess strong documentation skills, with experience in real estate processes and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator or in a similar administrative role within real estate.
• Strong understanding of real estate transaction processes and documentation.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with transaction management software and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions from contract execution to closing.
• Prepare, review, and organize all transaction documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with agents, buyers, sellers, escrow officers, lenders, and other parties.
• Track deadlines and milestones throughout the transaction process.
• Schedule inspections, appraisals, and closing appointments.
• Maintain organized filing systems for all documents (digital and physical).
• Address and resolve issues or discrepancies that arise during the process.
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide administrative support to real estate agents as needed.
