This role is fully remote and requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach. You will coordinate with agents, clients, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders, maintain digital records, and assist with contract-to-close procedures while upholding

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator or in a similar administrative role within real estate.
• Strong understanding of the real estate transaction process and related documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire transaction process for real estate agents, from accepted offer to successful closing.
• Prepare and review all transaction-related documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with agents, clients, attorneys, lenders, inspectors and other parties to meet deadlines.
• Maintain organized digital transaction files and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Schedule and coordinate property inspections, appraisals and closing appointments.
• Provide updates on transaction progress to all parties involved.
