Placements24 is seeking a Senior Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to manage end-to-end real estate transactions from a remote home office. You will coordinate agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, and title/escrow teams to ensure deadlines are met and paperwork is accurate, driving smooth closings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience managing a high volume of real estate transactions simultaneously.
• In-depth understanding of the transaction process from contract to close.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in real estate transaction management software (Dotloop, SkySlope, DocuSign) and CRMs.
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
• Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Understanding of contract forms and legal disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire transaction process from contract acceptance to closing.
• Coordinate with all parties involved in the transaction (agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, appraisers, inspectors, title/escrow).
• Prepare, review, and manage transaction documents for compliance.
• Schedule inspections, appraisals, and walkthroughs; maintain CRM records.
• Communicate updates to clients and agents; track deadlines and contingencies.
• Assist agents with administrative tasks related to transactions.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during the process; submit paperwork to relevant parties.
