Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to manage contracts through closing from anywhere in South Africa. You will coordinate agents, buyers, sellers, attorneys, and lenders, ensuring a smooth closing while maintaining accurate documents and timelines.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of real estate transaction experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and proficiency in real estate software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate transaction coordination, agency, or administration.
• Thorough understanding of the real estate transaction process from contract to closing.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all real estate transaction activities from contract initiation to closing.
• Prepare and manage transaction documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with agents, buyers, sellers, attorneys, escrow officers, and lenders.
• Schedule inspections, appraisals, title reviews, and related appointments.
• Track deadlines and milestones; maintain organized digital files and ensure regulatory compliance.
