Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate acquisition, wholesaling, or investment sourcing.
- Strong knowledge of valuation, market analysis, and negotiation.
- Excellent communication and networking skills; remote work ability.
- Familiarity with SA market, including Free State.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source real estate investment opportunities through various channels.
- Conduct preliminary financial analysis and due diligence on potential acquisitions.
- Engage with property owners to negotiate purchase terms and agreements.
- Build relationships with real estate agents, wholesalers, and professionals.
- Prepare reports on prospective deals for investment committee.
- Stay informed about market conditions in target areas.
