Placements24 is seeking a remote Real Estate Sales Executive to join a growing virtual sales team. This fully remote role is based anywhere in South Africa, focusing on generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales for a diverse portfolio of properties.

You will use CRM tools to track progress, conduct virtual tours, and collaborate with marketing to meet targets. A matriculation certificate is required; additional sales qualifications are a plus.

Formación

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role with a strong track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and sales processes.
• Ability to effectively present property features and benefits to diverse client groups.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including online leads, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct virtual property tours and presentations for prospective buyers and investors.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored real estate solutions that meet their investment goals.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and lead qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage client interactions, and report on sales progress.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
