Work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office. Responsibilities include virtual tours, listing management, prompt client communication, remote contract facilitation, and building client relationships through regular online follow-up.

Qualifications

• Valid real estate license or accreditation as required by South African regulations.
• Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing.
• Proficiency with CRM software and virtual tour tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual property tours and consultations using video conferencing tools.
• Manage online property listings, ensuring all details are accurate and appealing to potential buyers and renters.
• Respond promptly to online inquiries, leads, and client communications via email, phone, and chat platforms.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate contract processes, ensuring all legal and transactional requirements are met remotely.
