Placements24 is seeking a Remote Real Estate Listing Specialist to join their fully remote operations team in South Africa. You will manage end-to-end listing of properties across online portals, ensuring accuracy, compelling presentation, and timely updates while coordinating with agents and sellers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate administration, listing coordination, or a similar role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using online real estate listing platforms and CRM systems.
• Excellent written communication skills for crafting effective property descriptions.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with the South African real estate market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the creation and submission of new property listings across multiple online real estate portals.
• Gather, verify, and organize all required property information, including descriptions, features, and legal documentation.
• Write compelling and accurate property listing descriptions that attract potential buyers.
• Upload and manage high-quality property photos and virtual tour links.
• Coordinate with agents and sellers to ensure listing information is current and accurate.
• Monitor listing performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize visibility and engagement.
