Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Finance/Economics/Real Estate).
4+ years in real estate investment analysis, finance, or related field.
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, comparables).
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software.

Responsibilities

Research and analyze real estate market trends and demographics.
Develop detailed financial models to forecast property performance and returns (NPV, IRR, ROI).
Conduct due diligence on acquisitions (legal, environmental, physical).
Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for senior management.
Evaluate portfolio assets for performance, risk, and repositioning opportunities.
Identify investment risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor industry news, competitors, and regulatory changes.
Collaborate with acquisition teams, asset managers, and consultants.
Stay informed on capital markets and debt financing options.
Contribute to overall investment strategy and portfolio management.
