Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in real estate investment analysis, financial modeling, or corporate finance.
• Strong quantitative/analytical skills with Excel and modeling software.
• In-depth understanding of commercial real estate markets and property types.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex information clearly.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with real estate data platforms and market research tools.
• Self-motivated with a passion for real estate investment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including cash flow projections, ROI calculations, and sensitivity analysis for potential investments.
• Conduct detailed market research and due diligence on properties, including location analysis, tenant creditworthiness, and lease terms.
• Develop financial models and investment memos to support transaction recommendations.
• Monitor and report on the performance of existing investment portfolios.
• Identify and evaluate emerging market trends and potential risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, such as brokers and legal counsel.
• Assist in the structuring and negotiation of investment deals.
• Prepare presentations for investment committee meetings and senior management.
• Stay current with industry best practices and changes in real estate investment regulations.
