The successful candidate will work remotely with a flexible, autonomous setup and contribute to data-driven investment decisions shaping the firm’s real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree is a strong plus.
• 3–5 years in real estate investment analysis, acquisitions or asset management.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (Excel) and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of real estate asset classes and investment structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote work.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis including cash flow projections, ROI, and sensitivity analyses for real estate investments.
• Perform market research and due diligence on target properties and markets across South Africa.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support investment decisions.
• Prepare detailed investment memorandums and presentations for the investment committee.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for optimization or disposition.
• Assist in sourcing new investment opportunities through various channels.
