- Strong quantitative skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent research and report-writing abilities.
- Understanding of real estate markets and investment principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analyses of potential real estate investments.
- Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, risks.
- Evaluate valuations, cash flows, and projected returns.
- Prepare investment reports and presentations for management.
