Placements24 seeks a highly analytical Remote Real Estate Investment Analyst to join a forward-looking investment firm. The role focuses on researching, evaluating, and recommending investment opportunities across markets with strong financial modeling and due diligence.

You will work closely with senior investment managers, delivering data-driven insights from anywhere in the world, contributing to strategic plans for the real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
Master's degree is a plus and highly valued.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities.
Perform financial modeling, including DCF, sensitivity analysis, and return calculations for acquisitions.
Evaluate financial viability and risk profiles of real estate assets and projects.
Prepare investment memorandums and presentation materials for internal stakeholders.
Assist in due diligence, including reviewing property data, leases, and legal documents.
Monitor portfolio performance and provide updates on market conditions and asset performance.
