Qualifications

• Proven Data Analyst experience; real estate preference is a plus.
• Strong Python or R programming for analytics and modeling.
• Expertise in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI for visualisation.
• Clear communication, independent remote work capability.
