Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field or related discipline.
• 5+ years as a Data Scientist with real estate or finance exposure preferred.
• Proficient in Python or R and SQL for data wrangling and modelling.
• Strong knowledge of ML, time series, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced statistical models and ML algorithms for real estate insights.
• Ingest, clean, and transform large heterogeneous datasets from multiple sources.
• Build predictive models for price trends, demand, and risk assessment.
• Create dashboards with Tableau or Power BI for non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with strategists and analysts to translate business questions into data projects.
• Perform A/B tests and document experimental results to guide decisions.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to data governance and infrastructure.
