The role requires 5+ years of experience, expertise in Python or R, SQL, and visualization tools. You will mentor junior data scientists and contribute to data pipelines while enjoying a fully remote, globally distributed team environment.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist with real estate or financial domain exposure.
• Proficiency in Python or R with libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, pandas, NumPy.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large databases and data warehousing.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling, ML algorithms, and experimental design.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for explaining complex concepts.
• Self-starter, highly motivated, and able to work remotely.

Responsibilities
