Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (Data Science, Statistics, CS).
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist with ML and statistics.
• Proficiency in Python or R, and SQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models for property valuation, market trends, and investment forecasting.
• Analyze large datasets related to real estate transactions, demographics, and economic factors.
• Design and conduct A/B tests and experiments to measure impact of initiatives.
• Visualize and communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
