Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing.
• Prepare, review, and manage transaction documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate communication and timelines between agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, inspectors, and attorneys.
• Schedule property inspections, appraisals, and closing dates.
• Maintain organized digital and physical transaction files.
• Track deadlines and ensure contingencies are met promptly.
• Address and resolve issues during the transaction process.
