Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate transaction coordination or similar admin role.
• Strong knowledge of transaction workflows and required documents.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to handle multiple deals.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract initiation to closing.
• Prepare and distribute contracts, addenda, disclosures, and closing statements.
• Coordinate with clients, agents, attorneys, lenders, appraisers, and inspectors.
• Schedule inspections, appraisals, and closing dates.
• Maintain organized transaction files, both physical and electronic.
• Track deadlines and milestones throughout the process.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Provide updates to clients and agents and assist with listing input and marketing coordination.
• Troubleshoot issues during the transaction process.
