Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Closing Specialist or Escrow Officer.
• Strong knowledge of real estate law, title insurance and closing procedures.
• Proficiency with closing software and document management systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills for client needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire closing process for properties.
• Prepare, review and distribute closing documents and title policies.
• Coordinate with title companies, escrow agents, attorneys and agents.
• Facilitate signing of closing documents and ensure conditions are met.
• Handle disbursement of funds and accurate financial recording.
• Address and resolve title issues, liens, or encumbrances during closing.
