About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Real Estate Closing Specialist to manage property closings remotely for the Benoni area. This position is fully remote, requiring you to expertly guide clients and partners through the final stages of real estate transactions. You will ensure all legal and financial requirements are met, coordinating with title companies, attorneys, and agents to facilitate smooth and timely closings. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a thorough understanding of the closing process, making them a vital asset in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire closing process for residential and commercial properties.
• Prepare, review, and distribute all closing documents, including deeds, settlement statements, and title policies.
• Coordinate with title companies, escrow agents, attorneys, and real estate agents to ensure all parties are aligned.
• Facilitate the signing of closing documents and ensure all conditions of the sale are met.
• Handle the disbursement of funds and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Address and resolve any title issues, liens, or encumbrances that arise during the closing process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Closing Specialist , Escrow Officer, or similar role.
