Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar cost management role.
• In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and financial management.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for construction projects.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Administer contracts, including variations, claims, and payments to subcontractors.
• Conduct feasibility studies and financial appraisals for potential projects.
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to secure the best value for money.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and financial forecasts for project stakeholders.
