• Proven track record implementing and managing QMS (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Experience with statistical analysis, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to manage and motivate a remote team effectively.
