Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in QC/QA in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar QMS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with QC software and data analysis tools.
• Ability to lead remote team and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control policies, procedures, and standards.
• Oversee inspection and testing of materials, in-process, and finished goods to ensure specs.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement CAPAs for non-conformities.
• Manage documentation and record-keeping for QC activities.
• Conduct remote audits of manufacturing processes to ensure standards.
• Lead and mentor the remote QA team to foster continuous improvement.
