Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality initiatives in a remote-first model. You will establish and maintain robust QMS, overseeing QA processes across production with R&D and manufacturing teams virtually.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, including management experience.
• Proven experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
• Strong knowledge of SPC and root cause analysis techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills; proven success leading remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive QA and control systems.
• Oversee inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Analyze quality data and trends; implement CAPA actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements via remote auditing and reporting.
• Lead and mentor the QA team; promote a culture of quality.
