Placements24 is seeking a diligent Quality Control Manager to lead remote QA efforts, develop robust QC systems, and drive improvements across manufacturing processes. You will establish testing protocols, analyze quality data, and manage a remote QA team to ensure product excellence and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, with experience in ISO 9001 and SPC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven experience in developing and managing quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical process control (SPC).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing remote teams.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and quality management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control procedures and standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes and finished goods.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead and mentor the remote quality assurance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and certifications.
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to address quality issues and enhance product design.
