Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of QA experience in manufacturing.
• Experience developing and executing test plans and protocols.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.
• Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
• Experience with statistical analysis and Six Sigma/Root Cause Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA plans and test strategies for manufactured products.
• Conduct testing and inspection of components, sub-assemblies and finished goods; document findings.
• Analyze defect data and drive root-cause corrective actions with engineering and production teams.
• Create detailed test reports with defect summaries and trend analyses.
• Maintain SOPs and inspection protocols; stay updated on QA best practices and technologies.
• Participate in virtual design reviews and provide QA input on new product development.
• Manage and maintain the quality management system remotely.
• Communicate quality issues and resolutions across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer specifications.
